Job Description

1.       Junior Associate: Technology Advisory & Systems Integration

Position Overview: As a combined Junior Developer, you will provide critical technical and operational support for custom software development, digital transformation, and system integration engagements. You will ensure that code is written, tested, and implemented technology solutions are thoroughly documented and aligned with the Specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in writing, debugging, and maintaining clean code for front-end and back-end software applications, while evaluating IT infrastructures and supporting the configuration of tailored solutions.

• Perform accurate system testing, identify bugs and technical issues, and execute quality-assurance checks on newly developed and integrated modules against specifications.

• Support the deployment, configuration, and data migration processes for Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and enterprise systems.

• Provide daily technical and operational support to the Senior Associate and Associate Consultant to ensure seamless project delivery.

Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience: 0 - 3 years of experience in software development, API integration, IT technical support, systems configuration, database management, or IT consulting support.

2.       Senior Associate: Technology Advisory & Systems Integration

Position Overview: Serving as the hands-on technical project manager, you will oversee the daily operational execution of software development, system deployment, and digital modernization projects. You will bridge the gap between strategic IT consulting and on-the-ground coding, driving development sprints, system architecture integration, and team development while advising on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily development schedules, agile deployment operations, and milestones to ensure deliverables are met.

• Manage the comprehensive integration of custom software, third-party APIs, and recommended enterprise Integrated Management Systems into specifieworkflows.

• Provide on-site technical advisory, facilitate staff capacity building, conduct code reviews, and deliver targeted training to both internal and external development teams.

• Ensure applications and systems operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with industry IT standards and data protection protocols.

Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT Management.

A Master’s degree or professional IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Agile/Scrum) is an added advantage.

Experience: 5+ years of active experience in full-stack software development, systems integration, IT consulting, and technical project management. Proven experience working directly with enterprise-level Integrated Management Systems and advising corporate clients.

3.       Associate Consultant: Technology Advisory & Systems Integration

Position Overview: As the strategic technical lead, you will provide the overarching vision and architecture for complex ICT, software engineering, and technology advisory engagements. You will ensure the successful design and delivery of tailored digital transformation strategies that resolve operational challenges, meet unique technological needs, and guide towards the optimal technological approach for enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the overall technical architecture and project execution strategy for various enterprise software, system integration, and consulting engagements.

• Conduct comprehensive system analysis of existing IT infrastructures to advise on modernization, and design advanced, scalable custom software solutions and ERP architectures.

• Formulate and implement the final digital transformation and cybersecurity strategy tailored to diverse corporate and public sector organizations.

• Manage high-level reporting, ensure strategic technology alignment with business goals, and facilitate executive stakeholder communications.

Education & Qualifications: Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or IT Management. (A Bachelor’s degree in any of these foundational disciplines is also required) .

Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in IT consulting, software architecture, technology advisory, or enterprise systems integration across the public or private sectors. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing large-scale custom software, corporate IT strategies, and Integrated Management Systems.
