1.Project Officer - Procurement
Position Overview: The Project Officer - Procurement provides essential operational and administrative support to our consulting engagements. They will ensure that all procurement activities, documentation, and vendor communications for our projects are executed with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase requisitions, generate purchase orders, and meticulously track project deliverables.
Maintain comprehensive procurement records, client project files, and vendor databases.
Coordinate directly with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, request for quotations (RFQs), and invoice management.
Assist the wider team with market research, data compilation, and project administration.
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in procurement operations, project support, or administration.
2. Senior Associate - Procurement
Position Overview: The Associate Senior Procurement Officer plays a critical role in executing advanced sourcing strategies and managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for key client projects. You will ensure that strategic recommendations are effectively translated into measurable operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex, mid-to-high value sourcing initiatives and procurement cycles for client accounts.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis, supply chain risk assessments, and vendor performance evaluations.
Oversee contract lifecycles and ensure compliance with international procurement standards.
Facilitate project delivery by coordinating with all stake holders.
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business. Advanced progress toward CIPS certification (Level 4 or 5) is highly preferred.
Experience: 6+ years of robust experience in procurement operations, strategic sourcing, and vendor management.
3.Associate Consultant - Supply Chain
Position Overview: As an Associate Consultant, you will lead high-level supply chain advisory engagements, designing tailored strategies that resolve complex operational challenges for our clients. You will provide strategic oversight on major consulting projects, driving value creation and procurement excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement overarching supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Lead complex, high-value contract negotiations and optimize top-tier vendor relationships on behalf of clients.
Serve as the primary supply chain advisor to key client stakeholders and executives.
Direct and oversee the successful delivery of large-scale procurement consulting projects.
Education & Qualifications: Master’s in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Full CIPS Membership (MCIPS) is required.
Experience: 10+ years of extensive experience in supply chain, procurement, and strategic advisory or consulting.

1. Junior Associate:Â Information Management
Position Overview: As a Junior Associate, you will provide critical operational support for digitization and archiving engagements. You will ensure that all records are properly sorted, prepped, and logged according to the project standards and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the physical sorting, organizing, and preparation of hard-copy documents for digitization at various client locations.
Perform accurate data entry, inventory logging, and database registration tasks to maintain the integrity of client archives.
Scan, digitize, and conduct quality-assurance checks on electronic files against the physical client archives.
Provide daily operational support to the Senior Associate and Associate Consultant to ensure seamless project delivery.
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Records Management, Library Science, Information Technology, or a related administrative field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data entry, document management, archiving, or administrative support.
2. Senior Associate:Â Information Management
Position Overview: Serving as the hands-on project manager for our advisory practice, you will oversee the daily operational execution of records management projects. You will bridge the gap between strategic consulting and implementation, driving physical sorting schedules, inventory creation, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily physical sorting schedules and registry operations at client sites to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Manage comprehensive inventory creation, cataloguing, and database registration of client records.
Facilitate staff capacity building and provide targeted training to both our internal technical support teams and client personnel.
Ensure client physical and electronic records management centers operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with industry standards.
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Records and Archives Management, Library and Information Science, or Information Management. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
Experience: 5+ years of active experience in registry operations, archives management, or institutional cataloging. Proven experience working directly with physical and electronic records management centers.
Note: Candidates must provide atl east three (3) verifiable corporate reference letters for related tasks.

3. Associate Consultant:Â Information Management
Position Overview: As the strategic lead, you will provide the overarching vision and technical approach for complex records management projects. You will ensure the successful design and delivery of tailored digitization strategies that resolve operational challenges and meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct the overall technical approach and project execution strategy for various client consulting engagements.
Conduct comprehensive system analysis of clients' existing information infrastructures and design advanced file classification schemes.
Formulate and implement the final digitization strategy tailored to physical records across diverse client organizations.
Manage high-level client reporting, ensure strategic alignment with client goals, and facilitate executive stakeholder communications.
Education & Qualifications: Master’s degree in Records and Archives Management, Library and Information Science, or Information Management. (A Bachelor’s degree in any of these foundational disciplines is also required).
Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in records, information, or knowledge management across the public or private sectors. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing physical and electronic records management systems.
Note: Candidates must possess at least three (3) reference letters from past corporate or public sector records management projects.
